HONDA CB250T HAWK |

This was the first bike after I got the motorcycle license. One of my brothers got this bike and gave it to me. I changed the handle bar, painted in black, crashed into a car, fell down 3 times, and rode about 5 to 6,000 kilometers. After getting the Bandit, I gave it to one of my neighbors. |

'90 model. When Suzuki made this bike, I became want to get it because this was exactly the design of motorcycle I wanted to ride. One year later, Suzuki add green color and I bought it. When I traveled to Hokkaido (northern island of Japan) several month after getting it, I crashed into a car and the bike was scraped. The total mileage was about 3,500 km. |

model. I got another new Bandit but I changed the type to V. Type
V was Japan only model and the engine had a device, named Variable Valve
Control, that changed its valve's lift for high and low engine speed (the
same mechanism with Honda's VTEC). Now the total mileage is
over 40,000 km but it's still in good condition. I installed
Yoshimura's MJN on the carb's but the mileage became so bad, the same
with my friend's GSX1100R... |

model. I got this bike in the US. It looks like
a dirt bike but actually a road bike. It's very good for riding
on the interstate highways. An article said Suzuki wanted to
make a "real" dual purpose because the other dual purpose bikes were more
like dirt bike. The top speed is about 110 mph on a paved road,
and it's good on a dirt road if you get good tires. The mileage
is about 50 miles/gallon and the range is about 160 miles because of its
small tank. This was not so good for traveling to Alaska, so
I got a large tank (Acerbis) and another 2.5-gallon extra tank. The
total mileage is about 26,400 miles. |
